Level 1 (Beginner) - Cuban Salsa
An introduction to Cuban Salsa (Casino) as well as the beginner motions of Rueda de Casino. Foundation motions include guapea, dile que no, vacilala and enchunfla plus a ton of Rueda moves. No experience required ... meant for beginners in Cuban Salsa.

We offer classes and often workshops in Cuban Salsa and other dances of Cuba. Most of our classes are held each month in four-week sessions. Classes cover the foundation motions of Cuban Salsa (Casino) and beyond. Internationally recognized instructors, Mike and Simona, will teach you to dance in an easy-to-learn manner. In addition, you will also learn the basics of Rueda de Casino, a fun, social dance from Cuba that is popular around the world, but particularly in Corvallis.

Level 4 polishes those fundamental motions of Cuban Salsa (Casino), and incorporates how dancers can develop good lead and follow techniques, Casino style and flavor, footwork and body motion, and attaining a higher level of skill in both rueda and couples dancing.

Levels 4 (Intermediate) - Cuban Salsa
- No partner necessary for classes.
- Anyone 16 and older may participate in class.
Cost for a four-week class:
$40 per person.
Refund policy:
Our classes are non-refundable after the first week. This is due to space limitations and the need to pay the bills.

Level 3 includes the last set of fundamental motions for Cuban Salsa (Casino), such as Guancola and Ronde, and continues to add more Rueda de Casino motions. The class focuses on building good rhythm and a solid foundation for couples' dancing.
Next class is July 3 - 24 (6 - 7:30 p.m.)
Levels 5 (Intermediate) - Cuban Salsa
Level 5 helps you better develop your Casino style and fine-tunes elements of social dancing, rhythm - especially for Timba - and adds more higher-level Rueda de Casino motions into the mix.
